Position Overview

Cornelis Networks is hiring Mid-Level and Senior ASIC Verification Engineers with advanced skills to verify world-class SoCs for high-performance computing, data analytics, and AI interconnect solutions. Responsibilities include test planning, UVM-based testbench development, and verification closure. The role offers opportunities to collaborate across software, hardware, ASIC design, emulation, and post-silicon teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of UVM environments for RTL verification at block, unit, and SoC levels.
• Develop and execute functional tests based on verification test plans.
• Instrument testbenches for functional and code coverage; drive closure based on metrics.
• Collaborate with design, software, emulation, and validation teams to ensure high design quality.

Qualifications

• M.S. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL, Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Track record of first-pass success in ASIC and systems verification.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of post-college experience in:
• Writing code in SystemVerilog.
• Verifying complex SoCs with multiple clock and reset domains using VCS or similar tools.
• Debugging RTL fails using tools like Verdi.
• Experience with ground-up testbench development.
• Experience with revision control systems such as Git or SVN.
