• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner carriers.
• Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of freight 24/7/365.
• Communicate transparently with carriers and customers.
• Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers and accounts.
• Develop pricing strategies with account leadership and deliver reviews.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $40,000-$100,000 including a base salary dependent on experience plus acompetitive incentive commission plan.

Carrier Relationships:

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner carriers
• Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers
• Ensure that our customer s freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365
• Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers

Customer Relationships:

• Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
• Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges
• Oversees successful completion of day-to-day commitments
• Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
• Identify issues and consulting with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
• Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
