Open Position: Sr. Content Marketing Manager
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Location: Remote

Your role in the organization: One of our top Marketing strategic pillars is to become the go-to-resource for strategic topics in the ASC industry, and we want someone to help us further that. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will:

  1. Build and lead our content marketing, blend creativity with insights to grow engagement with our audience, and further our content and brand.
  2. Lead and host our podcast episodes, strategy, and distribution.
  3. Lead the creation and promotion of our data benchmarks and insights reports, in collaboration with the Data Science team.
  4. Lead social media publishing and engagement.
  5. Oversee the Marketing design process and brand cohesion, including overseeing the design agency we use.
  6. Run other content programs such as website bundles of our top resources by topic, customer webinars, branded emails for campaigns and newsletters, and client awards.
  7. Prep HST speakers at conferences and help prepare their presentations.

Desired experience you’ll bring:

  1. Proven experience building a content engine that grew audience engagement, brand, and pipeline.
  2. Understanding of Chris Walker’s, Dave Gerhardt’s, and April Dunford’s marketing philosophies.
  3. Worked closely with executives and industry leaders to turn insights into compelling content.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction.
  6. Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  1. Hosted a podcast or video series.
  2. AI fluency to accelerate content creation and insights.
