Next 150 Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, serves as the self-perform, equipment, and materials armforGilbaneBuildingCompany.Thispositionwillplayacriticalroleindrivingprojectexecution,operationalexcellence,fieldproductivity,safety,quality,andprofitabilitywhilehelpingdevelopandmentorthenextgenerationofprojectleaders. This role will sit primarily on the jobsite and serve as an integral member of both the Next 150 project team and the broader organization.TheSeniorConstructionProjectManagerwillprovideleadershiptoprojectstaff,includingProjectManagers,ProjectEngineers,Superintendents,fieldpersonnel,andtradepartners,whilefosteringacollaborative,inclusive,andhigh-performingculture.
