Job summary

T3W Business Solutions, Inc. in Laurel, MD seeks a Sr. Project Manager to oversee large construction and service projects.

You will coordinate schedules, manage field teams, and ensure contract performance on multi-million dollar programs. The ideal candidate has a 20+ year track record in commercial or government construction, a Bachelor’s degree in CM or Civil Engineering, PMP or equivalent certification, and an active Secret clearance to work on sensitive projects in the Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years project management experience on commercial or government constructions.
• Project management experience on projects over $50M.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site.
• Provide direction to the team, coordinates schedules and workload
• Perform all project management tasks
• Day-to-day project management for construction and service projects
• Coordination with customers, schedule review and design review
• Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field
• Review contractor submittals for contract performance
• Provide aid throughout the acquisition phases of projects including: answering offeror questions, attending/participating in site orientation visits, attending/participating in joint contractor/gov't meetings
• Draft technical responses to any change orders
• Prepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modifications
