Guidehouse seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in Washington, DC to lead complex construction projects, including design/build, space management and leasing. You will coordinate with client leaders and internal teams to ensure projects meet requirements, stay on schedule, and fit budget.

The role requires Active Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years in construction/PM, and PM certifications (CCM, PMP, PE, AIA/RA).

Qualifikationen

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of construction/PM experience.
• Experience with MS Office and PM software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Prolog).
• Professional certifications (CCM, PMP, PE, AIA/RA or real estate license).

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership for multiple construction projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
• Interface with clients to refine requirements and develop budgets for operating/capital expenses.
• Oversee project tracking, logs, meetings, and schedule adherence; enforce change control.
• Manage leases and coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, and interface with architects/engineers on docs.
