Job summary

DoubleVerify is hiring a Sr Corporate Systems Engineer, Collaboration Platforms at its NYC Global HQ. You will own governance of Google Workspace and Slack, mentor a remote team, and provide executive-level support across devices and conferencing.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate IT, expertise in Google Workspace and Slack, and strong MAC/Windows troubleshooting skills. Travel to regional offices may be required; compensation includes salary, bonus, and equity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment, with Tier 2/3 troubleshooting capability.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace administration — must.
• Extensive knowledge of Slack administration — must.
• Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows OS — must.
• Hands-on experience managing conference room AV systems and collaboration technology — must.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent) — must.
• Experience with Okta, JAMF, and/or Workspace ONE — advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and governance of Google Workspace, including user/group lifecycle, permissions, security settings, integrations, and end-user issue resolution.
• Own administration and governance of core collaboration platforms (Google Workspace and Slack), including channel governance and guest access.
• Administer and govern broader collaboration tools (Monday.com, Notion) with configuration, access, integrations, and platform support.
• Provide direct, white-glove technical support to C-level executives and leadership across devices and conferencing.
• Manage incoming demand in the ticketing system, triaging and driving tickets to resolution within SLA.
• Build and maintain the department knowledge base with SOPs and self-service documentation.
• Mentor and guidance to remote IT support team to improve first-touch resolution and reduce escalations.
• Support conference room AV and collaboration tech at the NYC HQ and coordinate with regional teams.
