Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and guiding qualified clinical candidates through hiring and onboarding, including RNs and LPNs.

This role collaborates with clinical leadership to build pipelines, coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding, ensuring timely, compliant hiring for patient care across multiple office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare, nursing, home care, or clinical recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of licensure, background checks, and onboarding documentation preferred.
• Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Workday Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Request, review, and maintain recruitment and onboarding documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support clinical hiring needs across multiple office locations as needed.
• Track recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and other recruiting metrics.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Team to improve clinical recruitment processes and support staffing goals.
• Participate in job fairs, nursing school outreach, healthcare recruitment events, orientations, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
• Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare positions across Always Compassionate Health. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and guiding qualified clinical candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, including RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS

• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.

Work Environment

• Monday - Friday (Full-Time, On-Site)

Compensation Range

• Salary: Up to $90,000 annually
