Job summary

Lorian Health in San Diego, CA (or Sacramento) is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed healthcare professionals in an in-office role. You will partner with leaders on staffing priorities, build pipelines, and ensure compliance with licensure and credentials.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Healthcare Admin.
• 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting.
• Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals (RN, LVN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW).
• Knowledge of licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and advanced sourcing.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with independence and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit licensed healthcare professionals including RNs, LVNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, SLPs, MSWs and other roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networks, referrals, Boolean searches and passive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce planning.
• Forecast recruiting activity based on growth, census and operational demands.
• Provide market insights and recruiting strategy to leaders.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates ensuring a top candidate experience.
• Verify licensure, certifications and qualifications in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, credentialing, onboarding and operations for a seamless process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Represent Lorian Health at events and strengthen employer brand.
• Recruit for additional clinical and non-clinical roles as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, workforce planning, and anticipated hiring needs.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Verify licensure, certifications, and employment qualifications while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, credentialing, onboarding, and operational leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Lorian Health at networking events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives.
• Strengthen Lorian Health's employer brand across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Recruit for additional clinical and non-clinical positions as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare or clinical recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting licensed healthcare professionals including RN, LVN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW, and other clinical positions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience recruiting within home health, hospice, hospital, outpatient, or other healthcare environments.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and reports to drive hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health or hospice recruiting experience.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience developing recruiting dashboards and workforce planning reports.
• SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually
