Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across therapeutic areas, with emphasis on coordination, delivery, and risk management. This remote US-based role requires mentoring others and driving operational excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and strategy, ensuring study milestones are met. Compensation is $165,000–$175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech or CRO.
• Ability to lead complex global trials with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CV, hepatology/liver disease, or obesity preferred; dermatology a plus.

This role will lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on coordination, delivery, and risk management. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and strategy while ensuring study milestones are met. The ideal candidate will also help mentor team members and drive operational excellence across complex clinical programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity preferred; Dermatology experience is a plus
