You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and trial investigators in a remote US-based setting. The position requires a university degree in medicine or science, experience in managing clinical deliverables, and willingness to travel about 25%.

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee the planning and execution of clinical trials from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on operational quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align trial protocols, manage investigator relationships, and support sound decision-making around trial design and risk. The position calls for someone who can balance scientific rigor with practical execution in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
