Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Extensive clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization environments.
• Proven success managing global clinical trials, including cardiometabolic indications.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Lead cross-functional teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to support successful execution of clinical studies across multiple regions.
• Manage project risks, resources, forecasts, and operational challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Oversee studies within cardiometabolic therapeutic areas, including MASH, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular research programs.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams while driving process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications for the Senior Clinical Project Manager include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive clinical project management experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization environment.
• Proven success managing global clinical trials, including experience within cardiometabolic indications such as MASH, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular studies.
• Strong understanding of clinical development processes, project management methodologies, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for the Senior Clinical Project Manager:

Salary Range: $165,000-$175,000/year (USD)
