Job Overview

The Senior Application Analyst is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Responsibilities include leading application projects, coordinating development of new features, testing, implementing vendor releases and upgrades, and resolving system issues. The role serves as an escalation point, providing technical and functional analysis, defining system requirements, and developing data models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential for training and configuring system features to improve user productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required); Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years in a related role, troubleshooting, research, complex problem-solving involving multiple applications
• Experience managing IT projects
• Knowledge of hardware configurations, database tools, query languages
• Experience analyzing and implementing process improvements
• Understanding of data security and privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare IT is preferred.
