Position Overview

The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing TUHS applications. This includes adding new features, testing vendor releases/system upgrades, and addressing system defects. The analyst will also analyze technical and functional aspects of applications, define system requirements, and develop logical data models. Additionally, they will educate cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system functionality, adhere to change management procedures, document applications thoroughly, and communicate all changes effectively.

Qualifications

1. Education:
   • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
   • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)
2. Experience:
   • At least 2 years in a related role, with strong troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills (Required)
   • Knowledge of hardware configurations, database management tools, and query languages (Required)
   • Experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
