Job Description - Application Analyst - Orders Team - Hybrid (252471)

The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing TUHS applications. This includes adding new features, testing vendor releases/system upgrades, and addressing system defects. The role involves analyzing the technical and functional aspects of applications, defining system requirements, and developing logical data models. The analyst will also educate cross-functional application teams and TUHS stakeholders on system functionality, adhere to change management procedures, thoroughly document assigned applications, and communicate all application changes to internal department teams.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 years of experience in a related role with proficiency in troubleshooting, researching, and solving complex problems (Required)
• General knowledge of hardware configurations, database management tools, and query languages (Required)
• Experience in Healthcare IT (Preferred)
