The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful design and delivery of all assigned campaign strategies, including original content, custom-built, high-impact, and targeted media.
The CSM works with top agencies and brands across Latam to educate and inform about the platform and Aleph’s offerings.
Main Responsibilities- Participate in strategic planning with sales to grow or generate new business opportunities.
- Act as a consultant for top key accounts.
- Serve as the point of contact (POC) for clients to deliver campaign management and reporting on time.
- Provide actionable insights to clients and sales through quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign performance drivers (products, budget, costs, creatives, and KPIs).
- Ensure SLAs are respected to provide first-class client service.
- Optimize accounts to increase spend and manage projects to success.
- Educate clients and teams on products, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement creative ad solutions grounded in measurable results.
- Act as the premium contact for the sales team.
- Assist in educating clients and agencies on product solutions, helping to grow existing business and manage relationships with key partners.
- Maximize ROI through campaign optimization and upsell recommendations supported by reports.
- Manage large customer relationships and facilitate conflict resolution for business decisions.
- Provide feedback to product and tools teams to help scale our advertising platform.
- Organize and manage account information, assets, data, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign plans, schedules, and ad placements.
- Coordinate with the product and campaign teams to ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate, and report on campaign performance and optimization.
Skills and Experience Required- At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management and digital media.
- Advanced English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Tech.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and social media passion.
- Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.
- Knowledge of online media planning, design, and ad control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask under challenging deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
