Qualifications

• Experience with standard cell library design, verification, and characterization.
• Experience generating timing, power, noise, and OCV views; data validation and QA.
• Familiarity with Liberty models and signoff flows.
• Hands-on SPICE simulations; adapt to new tools.
• Proficient in Perl, Tcl, Make; automation skills a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and analytical skills; fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Work on standard cell library design and characterization for deep submicron processors.
• Develop timing, power, noise, and OCV simulations; improve library quality checks.
• Model and analyze transistor-level circuits and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on library issues and tool/flow enhancements.
• Support and develop automation and scripting tools using Perl/Python.
