Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. CI Analyst SCRM (CI Specialist) to support a Federal Government client, focusing on Army Supply Chain Risk Management.

The role requires extensive All-Source analysis, familiarity with intelligence processes, and the ability to produce finished intelligence products for senior leaders. The position involves frequent interaction with ACIC leadership, Army program personnel, and other services, delivering analytic assessments, key recommendations, and enduring

Qualifications

• Must have 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SCRM with demonstrated skills.
• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle and Intelligence Support/MDMP.
• Familiarization with DCGS-A.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Shall initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Army SCRM.
• Shall require frequent interaction with ACIC leadership, Army program personnel, other military Cl services and unified commands, and contract support teams.
• Shall provide comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on the integration of CI activities in support of ACIC mission and objectives, primarily through finished intelligence production and external engagements throughout the Intelligence Community Enterprise.
• Shall provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest.
• Shall conduct research to support development of appropriate reports, database development, or other activities to meet Government customer needs.

• Salary range: $100,000 - $132,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

Required experiences:

• Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
• Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
• Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor. Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
• Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SCRM Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:
• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle. Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP.
• Familiarization with DCGS-A.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph.
• Examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
• Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
• Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
