Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Sr. CI Analyst SCRM (CI Specialist) to support a Federal Government client at Fort Meade, MD.

You will initiate, integrate, manage, and assess focused analysis for Army SCRM and CI objectives, emphasizing finished intelligence production. You will coordinate with ACIC leadership and program personnel, deliver actionable recommendations, and develop reports and databases to meet government needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as an All-Source Analyst
• 5+ years of experience in SCRM
• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle and its support/MDMP role
• Familiarization with DCGS-A
• Willing to undergo CI polygraph and ND I clearance processes
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Intelligence Community software and systems
• MS Office Suite proficiency
• Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment

• Salary range: $100,000 - $132,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description:

• Shall initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Army Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
• Shall require frequent interaction with ACIC leadership, Army program personnel, other military Cl services and unified commands, and contract support teams.
• Shall provide comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on the integration of CI activities in support of ACIC mission and objectives, primarily through finished intelligence production and external engagements throughout the Intelligence Community Enterprise.
• Shall provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest.
• Shall conduct research to support development of appropriate reports, database development, or other activities to meet Government customer needs.

Requirements

Required experiences:

• Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
• Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
• Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
• Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor. Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
• Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SCRM Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:
• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle. Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP.
• Familiarization with DCGS-A.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph.
• Examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
• Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
• Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
