Responsabilidades

• Integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused CI analysis to support investigations and operations.
• Review and analyze CI reporting and case files; produce analytical reviews identifying gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with DoD analysis, ACIC, Army Commands, other agencies, and provide CI threat data.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government leads.
• Review active/terminated investigations for vulnerabilities and trend lines.
• Develop CI products as required by the PWS.

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. CI Investigations Desk Officer (Intelligence Management Specialist) to support a Federal Government client.

• Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Shall integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Counterintelligence Investigations and Operations.
• Shall review and analyze reporting and case files related to CI investigations and produce Analytical Reviews. Analytical Reviews will identify investigative gaps and operational potential, to include CI flags, CI indicators, and operational vulnerabilities which pose a CI threat to HUMINT activities and produce comprehensive CI reviews.
• Shall conduct coordination among analytical elements of the DoD, ACIC, Army Service Component Commands, other government agencies, and DA for CI investigations matters and provide threat- related data back to the division as it relates to CI investigations.
• Shall conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational briefings with Government Team/Branch/Division Chiefs.
• Shall review active and terminated investigations for vulnerabilities, leads, and trends and prepare them for retirement.
• Shall develop counterintelligence products as required IAW this PWS.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Counterintelligence Agent Certifying Courses: Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor) Army – 35E Course (or its predecessor) Air Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S.
• Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a credentialed Counterintelligence Special Agent Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume: Understanding of CI investigations Strong understanding of CI Flags Understanding of FIE TTPs.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• *College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Required Education

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
