Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid-level Technical CI Analytical Support (CI Specialist) to support a federal government client at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on all-source CI threat analysis, including TSCM, TEMPEST, and cyber activities, with opportunities for professional growth.

Candidates should have at least 4 years as an Intelligence Analyst in Technical CI and hold or be able to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly. Education ranges from high school to master’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Intelligence Analyst in Technical CI (Cyber/CI/ TSCM/TEMPEST) operations.
• Background in DoD/Army CI programs and related disciplines is preferred.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Shall perform all-source CI threat analysis tailored to planning and execution of US Army TCI missions.
• Shall create TCI threat products to support Operations Support Battalion and Army elements.
• Shall collect and maintain operational mission data for short- and long-range calendars.
• Shall create weekly updates on supported activities and mission schedules.
• Shall develop and maintain SOPs for unit analytical support activities.
• Shall update the repository used to store TCI products.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Descriptions

• Shall perform all-source CI threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of US Army TCI missions. TCI operations include but are not limited to: TSCM, TEMPEST, and Cyber activities. Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
• Shall create TCI threat products to support Operations Support Battalion, ACIC, and other Army elements as directed.
• Shall collect and maintain operational mission data to build short- and long-range operational calendars.
• Shall create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.
• Shall create and/or update the SOP for unit analytical support activities.
• Shall update and maintain the repository utilized to store TCI products.

Requirements

Required Experience

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Intelligence Analyst in Technical CI field associated with Cyber, TSCM, or TEMPEST operations.

Required Education

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
