Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Change Management Partner to provide thought leadership, assess change impacts, and develop engagement activities and communications to support successful adoption. This remote role requires residency in PA, NJ, DE, FL, ID, NC, SC, TN or VA and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead large-scale change initiatives, partner with project teams and leaders, evaluate readiness, and measure adoption to ensure successful implementation across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management.
• 2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect and translate complex ideas and data into action.
