Under moderate supervision, you will interpret policies, collaborate with legal teams, and mentor junior adjusters while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.

• Set loss reserves, negotiate settlements, and recommend litigation when appropriate.
• Establish and maintain production levels under supervision while supporting sales efforts when requested.
