About the Role :

As a CBRE CAD Sr. Designer, you will design and prepare complex electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for large-scale projects.

This role is part of the Design function, responsible for preparing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.

What You'll Do :

1. Prepare prints of various original plans and records for agency use, reviewing updated drawings using computer-aided drafting techniques.
2. Gather data by visiting sites directly, conducting surveys, and preparing detailed reports.
3. Verify that maps and drawings are spatially accurate and technically correct.
4. Acquire project details, including equipment, materials, and codes, as a subject matter expert.
5. Review on-site information entered into the database to ensure current building conditions and data accuracy.
6. Maintain broad knowledge of your job area and some knowledge of related fields.
7. Motivate and inspire team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
8. Identify team strengths and areas for improvement, providing support and direction.

What You'll Need :

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience; experience and education will be considered as alternatives.
• Ability to analyze solutions and apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and an inquisitive mentality.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Successful candidates will be eligible for benefits such as 401(K), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and may receive a discretionary bonus.
