Requirements

  • 10 Years Experience as a Business/ System Analyst.
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) projects or Experience working in Healthcare Projects.
  • Experience working in financial projects.
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Experience in Agile/ Scrum process and writing user stories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.

Analysisand Solution Definition:

  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organisation and industry.
  • Identifies client organisations strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
  • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
  • Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
