What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical support for the development and implementation of complex system projects
- Act as a subject matter expert for applications, enhancing business processes with automation
- Analyze and document functional requirements, business processes, and project priorities

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Software Quality Assurance/Test Analyst
- 5 years of experience with automation tools and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Experience leading virtual project teams with on-shore and off-shore members

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with mobile testing, manual testing, and browser compatibility testing
- Knowledge of Scrum agile methodology and Waterfall methodology
- Experience creating documentation including specification documents and user stories
