Qualifications

• Advanced experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including Power BI, Power Query, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for the Materials organization.
• Collect and analyze data to identify performance trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop solutions to address performance gaps and support process improvements.
• Determine data requirements and apply analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Design and maintain operational tools, reports, and automated data processes.
• Create complex and automated data routines for reporting and data delivery.
• Use Power Query and Power BI to transform, analyze, and visualize data.
• Communicate data findings clearly to reflect the state of the business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ongoing measurement.
• Research and evaluate best practices for processes and analytical techniques.
• Support complex projects by identifying appropriate approaches and solutions.
• Travel to other locations within the service territory as required, up to 20%.

What You'll Do

• Support moderately to highly complex projects by identifying appropriate approaches and solutions.


• Develop solutions based on business process needs and objectives.


• Assist with coaching and supporting less experienced staff and end users when needed.


• Travel to other locations within the service territory as required, up to 20%.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant business, analytics, reporting, or data experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Advanced experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including:


• Power BI


• Power Query


• Power Platform


• Power Automate


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.


• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.


• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.


• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or business systems.


• Experience supporting Materials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Asset Management organizations.


• Experience with process improvement and performance management initiatives.
