Job summary

TheCorporate LLC in Oakland, CA is seeking an Operations Data Analyst, Associate to lead dashboard development, data governance and operational analytics. You will gather requirements, build and optimize Power BI dashboards, and deliver audit-ready reports for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of data analysis experience, strong problem solving and readiness to navigate ambiguity, with proficiency in Excel/Access, SQL (Oracle/Business Objects), and Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and related tools.
• Experience writing SQL queries using Oracle or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in Excel/Access (complex formulas, graphing, VBA).
• Familiarity with UNIX shell programming (csh, awk, sed, vi).
• Knowledge of base-SAS and programming languages such as Visual Basic, Perl, C.
• Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard, routine data analysis projects with limited supervision from initial request to presenting data results within budget and on-time.
• Collaborate with Data Management Analysts to process data, analyze data and report findings; create automated data routines for reporting and data delivery.
• Manage standard data extracts and list pulls ensuring accurate data; transfer data from databases to analysts to support operational analysis.
• Demonstrate understanding of data processing and analysis; analyze data with statistical tools to develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends and profiles.
• Develop and communicate clear, concise, actionable data analyses for clients.
