Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Manager - Global Payment Network to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive business strategy for a complex consumer finance operation, with a strong emphasis on growth, profitability, and disciplined P&L management. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape product, pricing, marketing, and risk decisions that influence portfolio performance. It is also an opportunity to lead a team of analysts and help translate quantitative insights into action across the business.

Location: New York, NY

Compensation: $219,000 – $249,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage a business segment with P&L accountability
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to enhance talent retention
• Implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products
• Drive direct consumer marketing efforts through targeted insights
• Analyze credit performance and create risk models based on consumer credit trends
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to execute business objectives effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business or a quantitative field
• 3+ years of quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
• 1+ years of people management experience
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Experience in product development and financial modeling is a plus
