An established industry player is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to enhance clinical and business decision-making through data analytics. In this role, you will design and maintain business intelligence applications, engage in data exploration, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective use of data. With a focus on performance measures and reporting, you will contribute to impactful projects that drive healthcare innovation. Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. The role involves data analytics, supporting performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Responsible for designing and maintaining business intelligence applications, identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Ensures the effective use of business intelligence tools to enhance clinical and business decision-making. Contributes to moderately complex projects, working independently and collaboratively. Engages in data exploration exercises with complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures. Collaborates with other analytic teams and the central engineering team as directed.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Required Licensure Certification, etc.:
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 4-7 years of related healthcare experience, including at least 3 years in data analytics.
Salary Range: Minimum $37.14 per hour - Maximum $65.01 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and role scope.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening, prior to any further compensation negotiations.
