Job Description

As a senior member of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will translate complex data into strategic insights to drive decision-making, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency. You will lead data initiatives to enhance visibility, accountability, and performance measurement across portfolios, programs, and IT investments.

This role requires technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen. You will champion data quality, standardization, and governance, working with stakeholders across departments to deliver impactful analytics and visualizations.

Your responsibilities include collecting, manipulating, analyzing data, and creating reports and visualizations. You will ensure data consistency and perform statistical evaluations to forecast trends and analyze outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL to gather and assess data from various sources to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Establish data integrity protocols and collaborate with IT and business units to maintain data quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting automation.
• Forecast trends and model portfolio performance using statistical techniques.

Maintain consistent attendance to fulfill role requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics).
• 7+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or portfolio analytics, preferably in an enterprise IT setting.

Required Skills

• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to deliver insights.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of company functions, research, analytical tools, and portfolio management platforms.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analytics.

Understanding of data architecture, governance, and metadata management is preferred.

Physical Requirements
