An established industry player is seeking a skilled data analyst to join their dynamic team. This role involves working with complex business intelligence tools to enhance clinical and business decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with at least 4-7 years of experience in healthcare. You'll be responsible for structuring and maintaining business intelligence applications, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various teams to drive impactful insights. Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics and additional support of performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations and information dissemination. Responsible for structuring the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical & business decision making capabilities. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Engages in data exploration exercises with a variety of complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures. Collaborates with other analytic teams and central engineering team as directed.
Education:
A Bachelors Degree required.
Required Licensure Certification, etc.:
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Work Experience: Requires a minimum 4 - 7 years of related experience in healthcare, including a minimum of 3 years of data analytic experience
Salary Range: Minimum $37.14/hour - Maximum $65.01/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
