CoverMyMeds is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated team player who thrives in a constantly changing and time-sensitive environment. This role requires a candidate who is energized by solving complex problems, has the tenacity to push through to complete difficult projects, and can effectively communicate results to various stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will work to understand client challenges and use them as opportunities to create and provide solutions. You will become an expert in delivering both market and business insights and how our product lines help to overcome obstacles in the market. You are a problem solver with deep critical thinking skills to understand stakeholder needs and deliver actionable insights.

Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of Columbus, OH. The position will primarily allow for remote work.

Partner with leadership, sales, account management, product, marketing, and other stakeholders to define and refine methodologies for ROI and program analyses.
Obtain a deep understanding of the data stack powering our analytics solutions.
Manage relationships with external vendors to perform methodological studies and share results with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Become a subject matter expert in pharma market trends and how CoverMyMeds' products address industry challenges.
Identify clients and programs suitable for in-depth investigations proactively.
Work cross-functionally to scale insights through better systems and automation.
Balance innovation, maintenance, and sustainability when setting priorities.
Use Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc., to uncover and prove value through insights.
Mentor and coach junior team members.

Degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
BA/BS or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years in an analytics role.
Advanced proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL (5-7 years).
Strong experience with data mining, analysis, and insights.
Client-facing experience.
Adept at creating queries, reports, and presenting findings.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, capable of managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
Curious problem solver, quick to understand complex data issues.
Strong presenter of findings and insights.
Ability to respond effectively to unexpected questions.
Enthusiastic about teaching others.
Healthcare experience is a strong plus.
We offer a competitive compensation package as part of our Total Rewards, determined by performance, experience, skills, and market factors. The pay range for this position is $105,000 - $175,000. Additional benefits may include bonuses and incentives. For more information, please click here.
