Elios AI in Boston, MA is seeking a Sr. Business Development Executive for SAP Services to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive multi-year, multi-service engagements.
You will lead conversations with IT leadership about S/4HANA migrations, BTP builds, and ongoing Application Managed Services, aligning delivery with client needs and strategic goals. This is a services sales role, not software licensing.
Location: Boston, MA | Type: Full Time | Experience: 8+ years | Pay: $180K-$220K base plus commission ($350K-$400K OTE)
You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and carry personal responsibility for growing them. That means walking into a client running a legacy SAP environment and having a real conversation about what an S/4HANA migration, a BTP build out, or an ongoing Application Managed Services engagement should look like, then turning that conversation into a signed statement of work.
This is a services sales seat, not a software sales seat. You're not selling a license renewal. You're selling delivery hours, a project team, and a multi year managed services relationship, which means the buyer conversation runs through IT leadership and the SAP program owner, not just procurement.
You'd be joining a mid-sized IT services and consulting firm with an established SAP practice, serving enterprise customers across energy and utilities, telecommunications, government, manufacturing, oil and gas, aviation, and retail. Three seats are open, one in each market listed above. If you've spent years at an SAP reseller or systems integrator and you're tired of splitting credit on accounts you built yourself, this is a seat where the portfolio is yours.
The SAP practice here is established and the delivery bench is real, so you're not selling capability the firm hopes to build later. It's a company of roughly 200 people, which means fewer layers between you and the decisions that affect your accounts.
If you want a defined portfolio, a services story you can actually defend in front of an IT buyer, and comp that pays for closing, this is worth a conversation.
