Universal Health Services seeks a Sr. Business Development Representative to assist the Director of Business Development in executing department goals and strategic plans.
You will educate community professionals to maximize referrals, support education system objectives, and travel across the DFW area to build relationships and drive growth.
Sr. Business Development Representative will assist the Director of Business Development in all aspects of the Department, implementing the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems and strategic goals set by senior management while maximizing referral potentials by providing education to new and existing community professionals to achieve the community education system goals. This position covers the DFW area.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred. Prior marketing and sales experience highly desirable.
Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
Additional Requirements: Prefer knowledge of the Dallas area behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and age‑specific programming. Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge of marketing and sales principles and tactics, creativity and flexibility, skills in data collection analysis and interpretation, record of adherence to deadlines, customer service skills, willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
