Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis and process design, preferably payments/fintech.
• Experience modeling current/target state business processes from multiple sources.
• Experience gathering requirements for new workflow builds.
• Ability to identify core problems in business processes.
• Strong focus on customer needs and user experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience operating in an agile environment with tech and design partners.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex projects across Global Payments and Trade from intake to benefits realization.
• Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Our client seeks a Sr. Business Architect to support complex initiatives across Global Payments and Trade. The role will analyze business needs, map current and target operating models, and drive process and organizational transformation. The position will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, support transformation roadmaps and OKRs, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope while partnering with technology and design teams in an agile environment.

Rate: $70.00 to $79.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of complex projects within Global Payments and Trade from intake through benefits realization.

Experience Requirements
