Job summary

Intepros is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Architect to support a strategic transformation program within the Treasury Services organization. This role focuses on modernizing processes, redesigning operating models, and driving workflow optimization across Global Payments & Trade.

The ideal candidate combines deep transformation expertise with knowledge of sales processes, KYC operations, and treasury/payments products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, process redesign, operating model development, strategic initiatives, or change management.
• Experience within Payments, Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, Commercial Banking, FinTech, or related financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, workflow design, and client onboarding/KYC processes.
• Demonstrated experience creating current-state and future-state process maps and operating models.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for workflow automation, platform enhancements, or technology implementations.
• Ability to identify root causes, operational challenges, and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments alongside technology and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Transformation & Program Delivery: Support strategic transformation initiatives across Global Payments & Trade from demand intake through benefits realization.
• Drive business process and operating model transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives, strategic priorities, and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with enterprise transformation teams to ensure alignment with Treasury Services strategy and target outcomes.
• Assist in delivering business cases, OKRs, and measurable value realization across strategic programs.
• Business Process Design & Analysis: Gather information from multiple stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state operating models.
• Create process maps, workflow designs, and organizational models that support business transformation initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop requirements and business specifications for technology teams supporting workflow and platform enhancements.
• Partner with architecture and technology teams to define scalable business solutions and workflow improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior business leaders, sales teams, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and control partners.
• Effectively challenge assumptions and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process design discussions with global stakeholders.
• Build credibility with executive and senior-level stakeholders across Treasury Services.
• Testing & Implementation: Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new capabilities.
• Assist with rollout planning, change management activities, and user adoption efforts.
• Support global deployment of new functionality, processes, and operating models.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with CAO, Risk, Compliance, and Control teams to strengthen governance frameworks and operational controls.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Architect to support a strategic transformation program within the Treasury Services organization. This role will focus on driving business process modernization, operating model redesign, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives across Global Payments & Trade.

The ideal candidate combines deep business transformation expertise with strong knowledge of sales processes, workflow design, KYC operations, and treasury or payments products. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual who can engage senior stakeholders, define future-state operating models, document requirements for technology teams, and help drive successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

This position is not a traditional Business Analyst or Product Owner role. We are seeking a transformation professional who can independently lead workstreams, influence stakeholders, and execute within a complex global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Program Delivery

• Exposure to workflow platforms, business architecture, process automation, and enterprise transformation programs.
