RightClick is seeking an Innovation Business Analyst to translate business challenges and technology opportunities into practical fintech solutions. You will engage stakeholders across the banking domain in a hybrid role based in the New York City metropolitan area.

The position requires 5+ years as a Business Analyst, strong documentation skills for business, functional, and technical requirements, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Banking or fintech industry experience preferred.
• Experience documenting business, functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping workflows.
• Familiarity with payments, digital banking, AI, and automation trends.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and priorities into clear requirements, project plans, timelines, and implementation steps.
• Analyze current-state workflows, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for redesign and automation.
• Lead or support pilot programs, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and post-pilot evaluation.
• Evaluate AI, automation, API, and fintech integration opportunities to reduce friction and improve workflows.
• Support vendor and technology assessments covering business fit, integration, risk, compliance, and operational impact.
• Coordinate across business lines, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to move initiatives from concept to implementation.

The ideal candidate is personable, polished, and an excellent communicator who can engage multiple stakeholders across the business. This is a hybrid position based in the New York City metropolitan area.

Starting at $140,000/year.

Innovation Business Analyst's Responsibilities And Duties

• Translate business needs and strategic priorities into clear requirements, project plans, timelines, and implementation steps
• Analyze current-state workflows, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for process redesign and automation
• Lead or support pilot programs, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and post-pilot evaluation
• Evaluate AI, automation, API, and fintech integration opportunities that reduce friction and improve workflows
• Support vendor and technology assessments covering business fit, integration, risk, compliance, and operational impact
