JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Requirement Analysis and Negotiation: Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure solutions meet actual needs, minimize requirement defects, and establish clear agreements on project deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, agile teams, and management levels.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with project sponsors, end-users, developers, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and negotiate requirements; obtain signoff on business needs.
4. Technical and Business Input: Gather input from developers and business teams to define scope and effort estimates.
5. Project Planning Support: Assist in planning methods, processes, tasks, and schedules.
6. Development Collaboration: Work with development staff during design, programming, testing, and implementation; conduct walkthroughs during transitions.
7. Change Management: Coordinate and update functional specifications as development progresses.
8. Training Support: Support end-user and staff training efforts.
9. Mentorship: Mentor junior team members.
10. Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate across disciplines and departments effectively.
11. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and requirements.
