**Responsibilities**

**Characteristics:**

Looking for a self-motivated individual who can create a work plan and follow it through to completion while collaborating with Ascension Technologies and our clinical partners. The ideal candidate is adaptable, possesses strong collaboration skills, can influence others, presents positively, and communicates effectively.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with some flexibility in start/stop times. On-call support for urgent issues may be required during evenings, weekends, or nights.

**Key responsibilities:**

• Establish trust and build relationships with technical, clinical, and vendor partners.
• Listen, clarify, and respond effectively to customer problems.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure prompt, complete service.
• Communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
• Troubleshoot application problems independently.
• Write clear, concise documentation according to standards.
• Share knowledge within the team.
• Learn new technologies and workflows.
• Identify and document relevant problems for the health system.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

• Minimum of 5 years experience with Hemo and EKG applications.
• Knowledge supporting Merge Hemo, Change Healthcare Hemo, GE ComboLab/CardioLab, Philips XIMS, Baxter Cardio Server, GE Muse, and Philips IECG.
• Experience analyzing HL7 and billing DFT messages.
• Understanding of integration between Hemo applications and bedside monitoring devices.
• Networking knowledge, including hardware, software, and Active Directory.
• SQL query writing skills.
• Experience with Merge UDR reporting.
