You will document end-to-end processes, translate needs into future-state solutions, and assist with testing, UAT, and user adoption. The position offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a strong opportunity for a business analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering closely with both business and technical teams. In this role, you will help shape workflow solutions, support automation efforts, and contribute to meaningful improvements across the organization. The team is seeking someone who is collaborative, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
