Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business transformation across client engagements in Audubon, PA. You will coach junior analysts, elicit and document requirements, and maintain Agile backlogs while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure solid deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, process design, and strong communication, with hybrid work requiring 3–4 onsite days. A background in MS tools and IIBA is valued.

• Proficient in Visio for process mapping.

• Cross-functional team experience in matrixed environments.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Documentation best practices including revision history and unique IDs.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Willing to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach junior analysts to build capabilities.
• Elicit requirements and document them with change tickets.
• Maintain a project backlog in Agile.
• Serve as business liaison between client and project teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction and document issues.
