Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support the Defense & Security Segment, focusing on OneStream. You will gather requirements from federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders and translate them into functional specs for the OneStream team.

You will lead user acceptance testing, provide training materials, and drive knowledge transfer across teams while ensuring compliance with federal financial standards and audit readiness. A DoD public trust is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of enterprise application training, organizational change management, and user adoption experience.
• Experience with OneStream implementation and user training.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while liaising between business users and the OneStream development team.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business users and the OneStream development team.Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer efforts in support of OneStream application development and engage stakeholders throughout OneStream application configuration to obtain feedback before release.Develop role-based learning materials, including videos, user guides, and quick reference guides.Collaborate with development teams to ensure all solutions adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks.Participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate personal product backlog, and actively participate in iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
