Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Defense & Security Segment in Arlington, VA. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and drive Agile delivery for OneStream solutions.

You will lead UAT readiness, demonstrations, and training, creating knowledge transfer materials while ensuring audit readiness and compliance with federal financial management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of enterprise application training, organizational change management, and user-adoption experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Knowledge of federal financial management standards, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business users and the OneStream development team.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
• Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer efforts for OneStream application development.
• Develop role-based learning materials, including videos, user guides, and quick reference guides.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions adhere to federal standards and compliance.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:* Collaborate with federal finance, accounting, and payroll stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while serving as the liaison between business users and the OneStream development team.* Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.* Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer efforts in support of OneStream application development and engage stakeholders throughout OneStream application configuration to obtain feedback before release.* Develop role-based learning materials, including videos, user guides, and quick reference guides.* Collaborate with development teams to ensure all solutions adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks.* Participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate personal product backlog, and actively participate in iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
