Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst in Huntsville, AL to gather and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. You will run requirements workshops, map current processes, and collaborate with PMs, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities.

Responsibilities include creating system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, and supporting testing and UAT.

• Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, workflows or processes.
• Familiar with requirements management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Involvement in creating system requirement specifications and user stories.
