Guidehouse is seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst in Huntsville, AL to gather and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. You will run requirements workshops, map current processes, and collaborate with PMs, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities.

Responsibilities include creating system requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, and supporting testing and UAT.

Job Family:Systems & Business Integration ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.Create and maintain system requirement specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities.Support solution design by clarifying requirements and ensuring proposed solutions meet business needs.Participate in testing activities, including reviewing test cases, validating functionality against requirements, and supporting UAT.Monitor changes, manage requirement updates, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"SECRET\" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
