Job summary

Guidehouse in Arlington, VA seeks a OneStream Senior Developer to lead end-to-end design, configuration, deployment of OneStream applications for financial close, reconciliation, and payroll management, and data migration from legacy systems.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead end-to end design, development, configuration, and deployment of OneStream applications that focus on financial close, financial reconciliation, and payroll management.Develop and maintain OneStream Business Rules, Dashboards, Cube Views, Workflow configurations, and reporting solutions.Conduct thorough analysis, mapping, migration, and validation of legacy Excel and Access data into OneStream applications while ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery of scalable solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency.Lead OneStream system testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.Ensure all OneStream applications adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks.Lead technical workstreams and drive design decisions.Mentor and guide junior developers and manage client relationships.Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlog refinement, estimate development efforts and coordinate iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
