THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Sr. Benefits Coordinator to join our Benefits team. This role supports day-to-day benefits operations, wellness programming, and vendor coordination - with a focus on part-time and joint venture employee populations.You’ll help ensure a smooth employee experience across systems, programs, and communications.
The Sr. Benefits Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience across health, wellness, and engagement programs - with a focus on day-to-day benefits operations, wellness event logistics, and vendor management.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Day-to-Day Benefits Operations
Process Workday benefit events for QLEs, program requests, and other updates
Support payroll processing tasks across multiple pay groups and schedules
Track and respond to benefits-related inquiries from part-time, joint venture, and full-time employees
Monitor and resolve system discrepancies (e.g., Workday vs. 401(k) administrator records)
Benefits Administration for Part-Time / Joint Venture Employees
Review and edit employee-facing materials (benefits guides, intranet content, emails) prior to distribution
Monitor and follow up on life event submissions outside Workday to ensure proper enrollment channels are used
Review joint venture discrepancies and coordinate corrections with vendors
Maintain reports on enrollment, headcounts, and location data
Support open enrollment testing, QA, and on-site enrollment events
Employee Programs & Wellness Events
Coordinate logistics for wellness and engagement events, including scheduling, travel, and day-of execution
Manage vendor relationships for wellness and employee support programs
Support program tracking and execution across U.S. and global populations
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1 - 3 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, event planning, or vendor management
Comfort navigating and troubleshooting systems like Workday, Zendesk, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and prioritize
Experience coordinating events or logistics is a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
$24.00 USD - $30.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
