Job Title: Benefits Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX - Remote OK if not within Austin location.
Pay: up to $24/hr.
Summary: The PAC Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting in the administration, communication, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks. They ensure compliance with government regulations, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to employees on benefit options, general questions and the benefit enrollment processes.
