Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to steer partnerships with retailers and CPGs across North America. The role reports to a Senior Manager, Retail Partnerships and offers flexibility between remote, in-office, and travel to merchant partners.

You will drive growth, coordinate with product teams, roll out hundreds of stores nationwide, design campaigns, test deliveries, and analyze consumer behavior to optimize partner performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in tech or high-growth startups.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Business development and/or partnerships experience.
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead strategic growth initiatives for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers.
• Project manage the rollout of hundreds of stores across the country.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers.

About the Team

The DoorDash Enterprise Retail team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of retail partnerships in North America. This team sits within the New Verticals Business Development organization. We support our merchant’s broader e-commerce strategy, helping them find new ways to acquire, engage with and retain customers. We also love to help our partners solve their operational issues at the lowest level of detail; no job is too big or too small.

About the Role

The Retail Partnerships Senior Associate will help steer the company's effort to adopt and partner with retailers and CPGs at all levels of the sector. eCommerce is expanding, and DoorDash is making meaningful strides to become a leader in this sector. You will report to a Sr. Manager, Retail Partnerships. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote, in-office, and traveling to visit merchant partners.
