- Maintain a working understanding of investment structures and how transactions flow through custodial, reporting, document management, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with investment professionals, custodians, administrators, and other external partners to support accurate and timely execution.
- Create and maintain Addepar shelves, views, and related reporting structures to support portfolio and investor reporting.
- Assist with documentation, account data, and transaction records across Fidelity, Addepar, document management systems, and related platforms.
- Support the quarterly client billing process, including data preparation, calculations, validation, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc operational, investment, transaction, and management reports.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze financial and investment data, perform calculations, reconcile information, and identify variances.
- Organize and structure data so that investment professionals, leadership, and other stakeholders can access clear and reliable information.
- Support investor reporting related to performance, account activity, and recent transactions.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and work with the appropriate partners to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Process Development & Operational Controls
- Document, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, and operating controls for key systems and processes.
- Identify process gaps, data risks, manual workarounds, and opportunities to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
- Help build repeatable processes that support the firm’s continued growth and increasingly complex operational needs.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support operational continuity and effective knowledge sharing.
- Balance multiple priorities and pivot quickly as business, client, and transaction needs change.
